Full-time / Part-time

Provide day-to-day support to individuals in their own homes across London. No two days are the same.

Independent Living Support Worker

Part-time / Flexible

Help individuals build confidence and capability in daily life skills — from cooking to community engagement.

Night Support Worker

Night shifts available

Provide overnight care and supervision for individuals who need safe, comfortable support through the night.

What We're Looking For

Basic requirements.

We hire for character as much as experience. If you have the right values and attitude, we'll invest in training and development.

Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS check (we can assist)
Reliable, compassionate, and professional
Good spoken and written English
Able to work flexibly, including some evenings or weekends
Previous care experience is an advantage but not always required
